Essa prova de stand up paddle race foi uma prova mental para mim, os treinamentos que mais fizeram efeito por incrível que pareça foi o de Yôga e meditação. Fiz a prova de 15km quase que toda em 2º lugar, trabalhando meu mental o tempo todo dizendo para mim mesmo que era possível vencer, a prova na Bahia foi feita toda em estratégia pois tinha um vento muito forte de nordeste, então tinha partes na Lagoa que se remava por um lado, outras partes pelo meio, outras pelo outro lado, nos últimos 3 km fiz uma estrategia totalmente diferente a de todos, onde eles iam colado a margem se escondendo do vento, então optei ir pelo meio da lagoa pegando o vento de frente, e foi ai que deu tudo certo, uma corrente me levou e ganhei um ótimo tempo sobre o 1º colocado e administrei a liderança até o final. Estou muito feliz em manter a liderança do Circuito Brasileiro de suprace. 15 km em 1 hora e 37 minutos.
This proof of stand up paddle race was a test for me mentally, the more training that have taken effect oddly enough was the Yoga and meditation. Did proof 15km almost all in 2nd place, working on my mind all the time saying to myself that it was possible to win the race in Bahia was all done in strategy since had a very strong wind from the northeast, then had parts in Lagoa who rowed on the one hand, other parts of the middle, the other other hand, in the last 3 km did a totally different strategy of all, where they were glued margin hiding from the wind, so I opted to go for middle of the pond catching the headwind, and that's when everything went right, I took a chain and gained a great time on the 1st place and administered the lead until the end. I am very happy to keep the leadership of the Brazilian Circuit of suprace. 15km 1:37:00
