1º vídeo 1 remo uma busca no Chile mas primeiro os Andes/1º video 1 paddle a search in Chile but Andes First:

.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Crossing the Andes, was one of the biggest sensations felt in life, a different feeling all before ever lived, is a magical place that you do not want to just never stop looking, going straight to a town called Uspallata that place, I was shocked with its beauty, there I stayed in a hostel where the owner is practicing rafting, and on my return I will be preparing a big crossing in the heart of the Andes ...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The entry in Chile was quiet, but it is amazing the bureaucracy to enter the country by car, you go through 6 booths, picking up a queue on each one, then more car magazine, but it is part, then follow the border to the south of the capital Santiago and slept in a town called San Fernando, located about 140km from Pichelemu, which would be my first plunge into the sea after 5 days of travel.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pichilemu surfed waves in fact, a long left with multiple sections, perfect, good wave the place is very famous for its giant waves, which hosts the world championship of big waves in the country, the wave is strong, this is a description of Punta Lobos. There I met another adventurous in the way, Sergio Pinto, which told me his journey from Sao Paulo and going walk hitchhiking southwards and ultimate goal of getting to Cuba, is already three months on the road, to learn more about Sergio is www.proibidoestacionar.net his blog.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought it would be easy to get to Chile, had planned on 3 days living in Santiago and going to southern Chile, but sometimes it is not easy. My plan was to go to Colonia de Sacramento and take the Buquebus to Buenos Aires and then straight into ruta 7 to Mendoza, and cross the Andes reaching Santiago.
Good was nearly so, the 1st day I slept in La Aguada and spent the greater cold of life in my tent each, in the middle of totally alone camping without a soul around, plus a dog who kept me company on the 2nd day all sure to arrive in Colonia, but getting there would be the crossing of the real 550,00 way, so I decided to make a comeback I would have spent 80 dolares on gasoline in a total of nearly 400km will more than 440 to 160.00 dolares round trip would be worthwhile, but these were exhausting 400km, did the border in a town next to the Fray Bentos, north of Buenos Aires, and all went well until then.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After that things started to get complicated first discovered that my green card purchased bordering Chui in Brazil to Uruguay was unsuccessful, sold me a green card expired a month, and of course we did not realize, nor I, nor the immigration Uruguay, Argentina and even immigration, to the 1st position within the Police stop me Argentina about 180km from Buenos Aires, in a city that now can not remember the name, there were 370.00 poise real fine, to be with his green card unsuccessful after that was stopped in 4 more police stations, just seeing the planks upon which a guard of nowhere aparace sending touch.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Is very difficult, but now I'm about 400km from the Chilean border, and tomorrow on my birthday 33 years will cross the Andes!

O tubo de minha vida em Costa Rica/The barrel of my life in Costa Rica:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

30/1 - After the wrong road toward Spain , taking a route of almost 300 miles more than I had planned , I get the Nursery , a beach that had high hopes of having good waves , it had monitored the waves websites but the wind was very strong , and getting there without wave conditions , rain and cold , I decided to sleep there and would like to see the other day .

31/1 - wake up early and I will check the sea, and for a change, very bad with strong winds , rain , 5 temperature , so I decided to do the right route down towards Portugal , but stopping at the Spanish coast , the next the stop was Coruña , a large and beautiful city , the beach had a very nice monument with two surfers in a fountain , but no wave again, then met some local surfers and asked where he could have a good potential waves south toward to Portugal , and informed me that the city of Vigo , there was a wave on the beach in Duck , which could be good with the direction of the swell that was , did not even think twice and left there , I arrived in town the night , I found a hotel to be around 30 euros , and slept , in hopes of waves on day 1.

1/2 - wake up early and go to my last chance to surf in Spain , Duck Beach in Vigo , having traveled many milage, would have believed that a good surprise on the beach in Duck , but to no avail , the wind was there , would go for days , and really my quest for perfect waves in Europe was over , nothing perfect waves and the choice was to go down and back to Porto in Portugal and go to my next destination in Costa Rica project because it had lost the hopes on the European continent , made friends , surfed in Portugal , but the search would have to continue , and my head is already in Central America .

2/2 - Caught my flight to Lisbon , I come at night , and my flight to Brazil is only on day 3 in the morning, slept at the airport and delivery to Brazil .... Until the other day Europe ...

The down some photos and a map of the mistake on my 300km trip with you more, in red the correct path, and the green path that did

Portugal x Espanha/Portugal x Spain:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
28/1- Already in Matosinhos again, due to the strong winds that hit the shore and giant ripples with poor training , I decided to return on day 27 north in Matosinhos .
I woke up early and had a surprise , a good day of surfing in Matosinhos where I could do my first shoot until the evening a great day of surfing with the open time , took my friend Diogo Italian hostel to shoot me , the surf was strong and waves with fast training was fun guaranteed the afternoon the wind came again and decided to give closed by my search for Portugal and from night to Spain.

29/1- 1 am I went into Spanish territory , a complicated trip because the wrong path toward the north of Spain and made a mistake on the road, and just what was to be 280 km , turned into 600km , just going up the country by the saw instead of the coast , was what I call stupidity for not having a map , the boundary was made in a town called Alcanices instead of Tui , towards a Coruña , northern Spain , one tiring journey that never stopped , turned and waited 280km 600km , eventually arriving on the morning of 30 .
Spain is a very beautiful place , with its unspoiled cultural beauty, I noticed that the population is many seniors for everything I went , arriving in A Coruña water was beautiful clear blue, but to my disappointment no wave. I'm getting nervous ... ...

                                                                  Matosinhos - Portugal
                                                                       Ribeira - Portugal
                                                                        Ribeira - Portugal
                                                                     Matosinhos - Portugal
                                                                       Matosinhos - Portugal
                                                                    A Coruña- Espanha
                                                                      A Coruña - Espanha
                                                                      A Coruña - Espanha

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

26/1- My first day of surfing in Matosinhos, cold water 13 degrees a small wave of bad training, was not the best of days, but it was to take away the fatigue of the journey. The afternoon I went to the beautiful city of Espinho Picoto, seeing it would have good surfing conditions, but unfortunately a pie wave, hole, without a good surfing conditions.

27/1- I woke up at 8 am and went to the South with my main target in my project in Portugal, the waves of Nazaré, getting there, see how the machine works, but without the giant wave surfing conditions, to be with a very strong wind and leaving a horrific wave with training, it would be impossible to surf again, took the opportunity to get to know the city, its cathedral, its lighthouse and its cottages, the place is very beautiful.

Começando o Ano com o Pé direito/Starting the Year Right Foot:

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To pass my New Year's Eve chose one of my favorite places to surf and relax in La Paloma Uruguay , hoping to surf good waves , even though this time of year must be lucky to get something with quality and training .
The 7 days I was in the region of La Paloma gave only small waves of up to half a meter a day at the beach the Anaconda , the bottoms of shallow stone that formed to counter the wave that ensured my joke.
These days I spent next to my girlfriend and her daughter , were much reflection and reading good books of adventures , like the adventurous Amyr Klink , which was a source of inspiration for my next journey that the time is coming , my younger project 1 oar, search, where I will travel the world through 3 continents behind perfect waves and fascinating experiences , embark January 24 to the city of Porto in Portugal , there 'll make a farm on site, behind my search.
Upon arriving in Brazil last 2 days , I received the new edition of Flowing stand up , and there I was fortunate to see the matter of 6 pages of my last voyage of exploration to the End of the World in Ushuaia , is always a joy to see your work being recognized in magazines , websites and TV , this is my job .
